May 2016 - This was a project done as a special request for a good friend who wanted a Yarn Bowl. I modified the instructions I received a bit and made this bowl out of elm wood I got from another friend and made it 6./5" in diameter and 4 inches tall with 3/4 inch thick walls. This way the bowl will be heavy and will not easily be pulled off a work surface. I had bit of frustration when it came time to cut the opening for the yarn as it meant kind of ruining a perfect bowl but it turned out as I wanted.
