March 2023 -  The American bison (Bison bison) is a species of bison native to North America. Sometimes colloquially referred to as buffalo, it is one of two species of existing bison, alongside the European bison. This one is carved from Manitoba basswood and painted with acrylics and the horns are carved from the same wood, painted with acrylics and finshed with Howard Feed-N-Wax.
